These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.figurecosmos.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from FigureCosmos ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Products and collectibles
FigureCosmos sells limited-edition collectible figures and 1/4 scale busts. These are adult collector items intended for display by persons aged 18 years and over. They are not toys and are not intended for children. Each piece may vary slightly from product photography due to the hand-finished, small-batch nature of the work.
Limited editions and authenticity
Certain products are produced in limited, individually numbered editions. Each piece includes an edition number on the base and, where applicable, a studio-signed certificate of authenticity. Edition numbers are assigned at fulfilment and are not selectable at checkout.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times, costs, and handling details are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier; please inspect packages promptly and report any damage as described in that policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and code — are the property of FigureCosmos or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Ling Cage (灵笼) and its characters are the property of their respective rights holders and are used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping content at scale, uploading malicious code, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FigureCosmos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FigureCosmos harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
